Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) – Evaluation Database Consultant

Job Description:
FOF is seeking a knowledgeable, creative and unflappable individual to provide consulting services focused on maximizing/optimizing the agency’s Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) evaluation software. The optimum candidate will work collaboratively with staff to re-configure and build out the ETO data tracking system so that it produces better and more meaningful information than is currently the case. The Evaluation Database consultant will conduct a review of the existing data systems currently in place and will identify barriers/problems with software and make recommendations and reconfigure software as needed. S/he will work in collaboration with the organization’s staff to determine the data necessary to measure outcomes critical to the agency.

Hours/Salary:
Part Time Consultant Position

Start Date:
Immediately/Approximately 150 hours over a 15-20 week period

Job Description:
Friends of the Family is accepting exceptional resumes for a direct service position. Successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of strength-based, systems-oriented case management for children, youth, adults, and families including life skills coaching and connection to resources. Some of the case management responsibilities will include maintaining an assigned case load, interfacing and coordinating services with other social service providers and identifying family asset-building programs and services in the community.

Hours:
F/T; 40 hours/week (will require some weekends/evenings)

Position:
Fatherhood Support Specialist/Case Manager

Job Description:
Friends of the Family is accepting exceptional candidates for a direct service position. Successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of strength-based, family supportive case management for children, youth, adults, and families including life skills coaching, facilitation and connection to resources and also for the implementation of FOF’s Fatherhood services/groups. Candidate will have outstanding group facilitation experience, including planning group activities, with interest in equipping men/male caregivers to be effective fathers. Case management responsibilities will include maintaining an assigned case load, counseling/coaching young families, interfacing and coordinating services with other social service providers and identifying family asset-building programs and services in the community.

Hours:
F/T; 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday; will require some evenings and intermittent weekends)

Immediate
