Job Description: Friends of the Family is accepting exceptional resumes for the position of Community Organizer (CO), a relationship oriented, field based position that has as its primary objective to develop, build and support activities key for the Building Stronger Families (BSF) initiative. The successful candidate will possess a superior record of successful community service and engagement and the ability to organize and manage all of the work necessary for the implementation of neighborhood based parent and resident development activities. The CO will provide support for Parent Café and Parent Resource Liaison trainings and Community Events/Information Fairs. Additionally, the CES will track and maintain reporting documentation for the BSF initiative.
Hours: F/T; 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday; (will require some evenings and intermittent weekends)

Position: Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) – Evaluation Database Consultant
Job Description: FOF is seeking a knowledgeable, creative and unflappable individual to provide consulting services focused on maximizing/optimizing the agency’s Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) evaluation software. The optimum candidate will work collaboratively with staff to re-configure and build out the ETO data tracking system so that it produces better and more meaningful information than is currently the case. The Evaluation Database consultant will conduct a review of the existing data systems currently in place and will identify barriers/problems with software and make recommendations and reconfigure software as needed. S/he will work in collaboration with the organization’s staff to determine the data necessary to measure outcomes critical to the agency.
Hours/Salary: Part Time Consultant Position
Start Date: Immediately/Approximately 150 hours over a 15-20 week period

Successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Family Visitation and Safe Child Custody Exchange programs in which families whose children are in out-of-home placement are supported by coach/mentors to enhance bonding, attachment, safety and family building skills. The position requires an outstanding professional interested in having a strong positive impact on families and communities in a very visible program.
