Job Description:
Friends of the Family is accepting exceptional resumes for the position of Community Organizer (CO), a relationship oriented, field based position that has as its primary objective to develop, build and support activities key for the Building Stronger Families (BSF) initiative. The successful candidate will possess a superior record of successful community service and engagement and the ability to organize and manage all of the work necessary for the implementation of neighborhood based parent and resident development activities. The CO will provide support for Parent Café and Parent Resource Liaison trainings and Community Events/Information Fairs. Additionally, the CES will track and maintain reporting documentation for the BSF initiative.

Hours:
F/T; 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday; (will require some evenings and intermittent weekends)

Salary:
(DOE); Health, Dental, Holiday and PTO benefits offered

Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) – Evaluation Database Consultant

Job Description:
FOF is seeking a knowledgeable, creative and unflappable individual to provide consulting services focused on maximizing/optimizing the agency’s Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) evaluation software. The optimum candidate will work collaboratively with staff to re-configure and build out the ETO data tracking system so that it produces better and more meaningful information than is currently the case. The Evaluation Database consultant will conduct a review of the existing data systems currently in place and will identify barriers/problems with software and make recommendations and reconfigure software as needed. S/he will work in collaboration with the organization’s staff to determine the data necessary to measure outcomes critical to the agency.

Hours/Salary:
Part Time Consultant Position

Start Date:
Immediately/Approximately 150 hours over a 15-20 week period

Job Description:
Family resource center in North Hills has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Program Administrative Assistant (PAA) who is professional, reliable, steady and punctual. PAA will be working in our Relative Support Services (RSS) program. The RSS program was created to provide a strength-based, systems-oriented case management for children, youth, adults, and families including life skills coaching and connection to resources. PAA will work under the direction of supervisor to provide a variety of tasks related to data entry, organization, and communication. Candidate will provide support to supervisor and a team of two family support specialists. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and other Office applications is required.

Hours/Salary:
F/T; PART-TIME (20 HOURS), DOE;
